Legaltech is committed to protecting the privacy of each of its visitors; and maintains the information it receives online in strict confidence; we will not share or sell any personal information obtained from you with any organization or third parties, unless required by law to do so.     When you visit the Legaltech website, you have the opportunity to contact Legaltech online -- to ask a question, to learn more about a product, or to ask for help with a product you already have. If you choose to contact Legaltech online, you will find that our online forms ask for common types of personally identifiable information, such as name, phone number, e-mail address, product item or offer number. We ask for this information to help us reply to you.

    When a customer places an order online from Legaltech it may be necessary to transfer personally identifiable information to an independent Legaltech-authorized credit card processor. Legaltech requires that its independent credit card processors handle personally identifiable information with the same concern for personal privacy as Legaltech, with the understanding that the information should be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the customer's order and that the information should be kept confidential and secure at all times.


    L5. Legaltech gets your consent before sending you additional information.

    Legaltech may send commercial email to customers who have expressed an interest in its products and services.     L6. Security of Personally Identifiable Information

    To make our site as secure as possible, only authorized credit card processors (Such as Paypal® and Authorize.net®) are allowed to handle information submitted to Legaltech online. Helping you to avoid e-fraud while using a top-of-the-line shopping cart system and industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.

    When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial and personal information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site. And that connection remains secure until you complete or cancel an order.

    How will you know that your connection is secure? Simply check the lower right corner of your browser after placing a product in your shopping cart. If you see a closed lock or an unbroken key (depending on what browser you are using), your connection is secure and your information is safe.

    To ensure that online shoppers can purchase with confidence from our website, Legaltech protects credit card information with industry-standard encryption technology. When a customer submits an order to Legaltech online, the personal and credit card information is used only to complete the purchase and arrange for shipping. You're asked for credit card, billing, and shipping information. This information is transmitted using a secure, encrypted form.

    The credit card, billing and shipping information is gathered to bill customers for goods and products purchased and to ship merchandise. Only Legaltech authorized credit card processors have access to financial information and only for the purpose of billing customers. Please indicate "Access Info" in the subject line and let us know the details of your request in the body of the message.

    Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information], financial information (e.g., credit card account information), unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password), transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases), communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., emails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number), and a description of the information that we maintain about them.
